Beware the Alien determined to prove himself worthy
Verkiir is determined, from the moment he realizes Meh is his one true mate, to prove himself worthy of her… though it might help if her understood her culture a and values.
I really enjoyed the sense of humor here, combined with individuals finding themselves in a position to have to look beyond their assumptions and prejudices to actually see someone as a unique individual who just might surprise and intrigue them.
