This is the final book in the series, and it is a fabulous conclusion to Geneva\’s story. We\’ve been with her through military service, retirement, and her transition in to military life, but her she truly seems to finish the journey she first started when she joined the military. Adult Geneva may finally come to understand what teenage Geneva was searching for, in addition to realizing what she has found along the way, add to that finding a way to make peace with the privileges her life has given her, and she ends this series on course for a powerful happily ever after.

Ash, Marcus and Adele are all here, in wonderful ways, as is Dahlia, who has really grown on me over the course of these 5 stories.
